EDIFICIO is a commercial company that operates in the field of events. EDIFICIO organizes private events as well as cultural events.

As EDIFICIO attaches great importance to transparency and the protection of your personal data, it makes every effort to protect the confidentiality of the personal data collected (hereinafter, the “Data“) and to comply with both the national legislation on the collection and processing of Data and the European Regulation No. 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: “GDPR“).

The following data for the Candidate: Name, first name, telephone number, status, email address, educational and professional background, interests;
The following data for the Client: Name, first name, telephone number, address, date of an event, bank details, family data, food preferences, image from the surveillance videos;

On what legal basis do we process your Data?

EDIFICIO processes User Data on the basis of its legitimate interest in the proper functioning of its business and its Site.

For the rest, we process only the Data that are necessary to achieve the intended purpose. We thus use the Data when necessary:

Within the framework of the preparation of a contract, its execution or its dissolution, with a Customer or a Supplier.
On the basis of EDIFICIO’s legitimate interest to keep Customers and Suppliers informed about EDIFICIO’s services (newsletters, promotional actions, invitations to cultural, social or political events).
On the basis of EDIFICIO’s legitimate interest in monitoring its sites.

Purposes of the collection

The Data of Suppliers and Customers are collected and processed by EDIFICIO for the following purposes:

The provision of the services offered by EDIFICIO;
The execution of the contract between the parties;
The administration of the Customers and Suppliers;
Promotion and development of EDIFICIO products and services.

Transfer of Data outside our company

The recipients of the Data are EDIFICIO and the companies involved in the execution and management of the contract between the Supplier, the Customer and EDIFICIO. These manipulations are always carried out in the name and on behalf of EDIFICIO, which assumes full responsibility for them, on the basis of contracts ensuring the security of your Data. Data retention time

Customer and Supplier data will be retained by EDIFICIO for the duration of the contract and 5 years after its expiration, unless our accounting obligations require us to retain your data for a longer period. In this case, we will ensure that your data is deleted once our accounting obligations have been fulfilled.

Applicants’ data will be deleted in the year in which their application is received if they are not selected.

Information and network security

EDIFICIO makes every effort to optimally protect its network from unauthorized access and to ensure the confidentiality of your Data. Access to our servers is secured and we have implemented standard backup procedures in accordance with IT standards.

EDIFICIO may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly in the event of legislative changes.
